The Pearl Community.

For people who want more than a visit. The Pearl is a modern eco-village in the making, with three tiers of deeper involvement - all by application.

Life on the land

What longer life looks like here.

Residency and stewardship are not abstract ideas. They look like shared meals, ordinary work, porch conversations, building projects, field walks, and learning how to hold a real place together. Over time, we hope this modern eco-village can live more and more from the land.

How this works.

  1. 1

    Written inquiry

Tell us who you are, what you're looking for, and what you'd want to contribute. Our forms make it easier for all of us, combined with a real email or message.

  2. 2

    Video conversation

If there's an obvious fit, Gil and/or other qualified leaders, often with at least one current resident, have a call with you. Honest in both directions.

  3. 3

    Rest first

Nobody commits to belonging here long-term without coming to rest for a few days first. You don't know until you're on the land.

  4. 4

    Trial period

30 days for short-term, 90 days for long-term. If it's working on both sides, we formalize.

Think this might be you?

Write. Tell us your story. Don't worry about polish. Community leaders read these messages personally.
